If you chose the shipping option with a tracking number, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.
To expedite delivery, we may have shipped your products in multiple packages, as we have warehouses located in different parts of the world. Please check your emails to see if some of your items will arrive separately. If you notice that an item is missing, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number as well as the name and number of the missing item. We will respond within 24 hours.

You have 24 hours from the time your order is confirmed by email to cancel it. After this period, neither you nor our customer service team will be able to cancel the order. As a general rule, we refund the amount you paid for your order, but we do not include the shipping fees for returns.
