- Returns for Standard Size Wedding Dresses:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a standard size wedding dress, you have the right to return the item free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt. The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with its tags intact. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Custom-Made Wedding Dresses:
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made wedding dresses, these items are excluded from our return policy. All purchases of custom-made items are considered final and non-refundable.
- Return Instructions:
If you wish to return a wedding dress, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service to notify us of your intent to return.
- Ensure the dress is in its original condition.
- Securely package the dress.
- High-Value Items:
If you are returning a wedding dress valued at over $75, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bohelle.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment and cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of shipment.
- Refunds:
Upon receipt and verification of the condition of the returned wedding dress, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. In such cases, the customer will be notified by our customer service team.
